We recently sold our long-time family home in Brantford with Adrian’s very capable assistance. We were extremely pleased with the way he handled the whole process. He has a firm grasp on the market, and guided us in preparing the home for sale, listing at the right price point and timing, and maximizing traffic through the home. I heard about Adrian from a friend who highly recommended him and his excellent abilities in serving the needs of his clients. Adrian is an excellent communicator, is very knowledgeable and on top of everything in both the buying and the selling end. He was the consummate professional. Adrian provided answers to all my questions and more importantly he provided me with the insight needed to make informed decisions. Going in I did not really believe in the value of a real estate agent, but Adrian has changed my view. No one likes to pay a commission, but he earned every penny of his on both ends.
Aside from all I have said above I am most impressed with his ability to provide value for me. He sold my home at a price considerably higher than I expected and he negotiated hard to save me money as I purchased my new home. We used Adrian for both selling and buying. With selling our house, he was honest and forthright, giving us accurate advice on a house with few comparables.
