Terrible and Unprofessional!!! We attempted to hire this property management to manage our small strata community. After that never communicated with us even after several email attempts. It took 3 weeks to respond. Mark was lazy to respond on emails or don’t bother to call clients. After almost 3 months of trying to get the contract to be signed he just said he resigned and our strata left in the dark. He presented all inclusive service but with high cost, it sounds good but only on paper. Stay away from this company. I will not recommend.

This is the second negative review I have ever written in my life. I had a serious mold issue and never heard back from them despite calling and emailing daily. I eventually had to find out my landlord’s personal number to get the issue dealt with. There were also multiple other minor issues where they never responded. If you want your tenants to stay with you I would consider choosing a different company as APM is horrible for tenants to deal with. They don’t care about tenants and their health. I’ve only been in my unit managed by them for 2 months now and have already had more issues than ever before.

Using every dirty trick in the book to try and evict tenants! They told a building of seniors they weren’t allowed ac and waited for the hottest week in recent history to tell them, just in an attempt to evict people from the building. One tenant reported having an ac for the past 6 years but now that the building can charge more for her apartment they suddenly decided no more ac, Inhuman behaviour.

Very rude way of talking to home owners. I rented my unit out. They had a few vehicles parked at the visitor parking which I was unaware of. The lady called coukd have been kind and just told me that there is more vehicles parked there and could you see that they park outside. Instead she was rude and spoke in such a way that she owns the unit and I rent them. I feel they forget that we are the ones who pay them to take care of our place and surroundings. I would gove them a huge 0 if possible. But the least here to out a review is 1 star. Plus when we get in touch with them for an issue the response is very poor. Wish the builders would have gone with another property management.

Proceed with EXTREME caution when hiring this company to manage your property or properties. I hired Lorri (The Managing Broker) to manage my property in the Comox Valley. When I originally tried to contact her after several attempts it took 5 business days to get somebody other than a receptionist.

Once I finally got Lorri on the phone she was very pleasant to chat with, looked at my property same day, sent me a confirmation email saying that she would call me back to discuss. Didn't hear back for several days so I tried contacting her again...lets just say after calling everyday for a week, not responding to any emails, and putting me on hold for 45 mins without a call back was enough for me to fire her. Her response was sorry we are short staffed.

If you had a tenant with a serious problem I really don't think they would be capable of returning the call to the tenant to solve their problem.

Thank you Lorri for wasting 3 weeks of my time and putting me behind the 8 ball to get my property on the rental market. VERY Unprofessional! Too bad that I actually have to give you 1 star.

When the work they contract out in May goes well into September without being completed. The manager that is assigned to the property hasn't returned my dads calls. So I called today to speak with someone and finally speaking with the manager all she has to say is it hasn't been since May. Shame.

Also absolutely horrible service. We requested of Advance Management to find us a professional couple as tenants, what we got was a barely employed individual with substance abuse problems and a chain smoker, who caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the house. When water entered our basement as a result of development next door, the tenant alerted Advanced and was told by them to close the door to the basement and simply don't go there. Advanced did not notify us of this again, as a result we got mold issues and a lot of money has to be spend on restoration work.
