His appraisal was spot on and with his great work at marketing our house was sold in just 2 weeks at Full Asking Price. He and his staff were professional and efficient. Was a mixed experience applying for a rental with this company. Jason and Azi were personable however the application process was really excessive.

All of us were required make accounts on their website containing SIN numbers, six references with phone numbers, financial and work info including bank records and pay stubs etc. etc. Was even asked to provide photos of our faces, and photos of our previous house. It was pretty invasive and we weren’t even informed we didn’t get the rental but just continued to see the listing two months after we applied. I realize the choice of tenant is often solely on the owner and many management companies require this info, however this was very unusual that they would store this sensitive info on their website, especially given that the province and federal government strongly advise against giving or asking for info like SIN numbers on rental applications.

I would have left a lower star review, however they did successfully delete our accounts on their website (after I insisted they do so) which essentially contained everything needed for identity theft, so that was the responsible thing for them to do, however they gave no reassurance on the security of that information and it probably would still be on their website had I not asked them to delete our accounts.

All that run around for a dingy Vancouver special basement suite I didn’t even really want to live in. Luckily relocated to a house in kits for almost the same monthly rent so can’t complain about my situation now, dodged that bullet for sure!

I was excited to sell my home and look for a new one for my growing family, but wasn't looking forward to endless open houses and dealing with a agent who probably was just going to look at me like a blank pay cheque. That's NOT how it was working with Jason Upton.
Jason was very hands on for the sale of our home. He organized everything needed. Pictures. 3d tour. Professional cleaners and even had a inspection done on our home to provide to perspective buyers. Come open house days Jason even organized a day shelter tent with a sanitary station for all viewers to clean their hands and mask up. He also organized a mortgage broker to be present for 2 of the days.
I was blown away at his attention to detail and thoughtfulness.
He sold our home for over his assessed asking pricing in 4 days. I was beyond words in satisfaction 😌.
Buying our home was just as positive of an experience. Our wish list was long and inventory in our price range was limited but Jason stuck with us. He organized 3 full weekends of viewings for us, was responsive with all our inquiries and it felt like he really wanted to find us the right home. He listened. He got to know us and our needs and he found it!!!
Can't recommend Jason and Aedis Realty enough. A professional, thoughtful agency that had its clients best interests front and center, what else can you ask for?

It was a good experience to work with Jason Upton. He is very professional. However, their administrative assistant Christina Wong is not that good at service providing. She is not friendly at all. I found one mistake in the appraisal. She did not explain nor apologize. She just sent me a attachment without a word. I feel very disappointed at her service.

Viewed a house and was told we would be first to be considered because we had submitted our application first. Emailed and phoned azi multiple times and have been hung up on. Would not recommend due to poor communication and not following through with what they said they would do.
