As a property owner, I absolutely do not recommend AG Property Services and after six months cancelled their service. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. It is now six months since I cancelled our contract and even though I travel out of the country full time, it is still easier for me to manage my property than trust it to them.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We moved into a house that was to be “finished”.

There were so many problems with the rental.

Getting repairs done was like pulling teeth..
The repairs that were done were completely hacked together and unsafe.

There was black mold in the washer before we even got to use it..

The ceiling leaked 3 times. Nothing was done about it. In fact to cover the water damage in the kitchen ..they just covered it with a bigger light.

Anyone I e mailed was rude and took days to even get back to me.

100000% would NOT recommend this company for ANYONE.

Terrible group. My mailbox and some of my neighbours mailboxes got robbed a few months ago, management didn’t seem to care and were incredibly rude. Laundry often not working. Car got broken into and management again were very cold to the situation and offered no help. Management ignored police calls when I filed stolen items. Area claims to be “under surveillance” but when I asked for footage I was told “cameras aren’t under operation. This is a group with no emotions and no morals. AVOID AT ALL COST

AG property services is an absolute nightmare. We were supposed to do a walk through on a property. The home was in such a terrible condition it couldn’t be done. We gave them 2 weeks to have the home cleaned and painted. When we went back to do the inspection the house was in the exact same condition as before. The house had been heavily smoked in. Every room had cat pee. The vents were full of cat litter and cat food. The bathrooms had pee all over the walls. We have already paid $7300 for damage deposit and first months rent. The house is unfit for people to move in to.
The manager/ co owner Garnet would not call us back throughout the day of the inspection. But instead sent us a text at 10pm. They have no integrity as a company and I would highly recommend not using them as a management company and landlord. No accountability on their part. They should be ashamed of themselves. We are now left with no home and a rushing around to find alternative accommodations.

I'm currently renting and since we've moved in, electrical panel said unacceptable with no information, they were zero help, a electrican came to do repairs for something else, he was able to find out what's going on with it and contacted me to let me know.

We haven't been able to put our garbage and recycling out for collection, the back gate needs a clicker and they are not even calling companies to get it fixed, just emailing, it's been 3 months of this!!

We had a great experience with this property management company as a renter. They were very easy to deal with and tried their best to keep us happy. The unit we rented was in a beautiful neighborhood, nice and clean. We would rent another unit from them if we ever need an apartment in or around Edmonton.

We left YEG and the home that we were in on May 31st. Today it is August 6th, AG Properties has not responded to a single message that we have sent asking for an update on the return of our damage deposit. This is ridiculous. While we were tenants, they also did not fix things when we called. One full year and the oven never actually sealed properly. Not a great company - look elsewhere if you are a renter!

I had an amazing experience with AG Property Services! They were so easy to work with and listened to everything I was looking for. They found a wonderful tenant for my property very fast, while still being very thorough. I definitely recommend them, and will be working with them again in the future.
