As first time home buyers, we had a great deal of trepidation and nerves, but our experience with Patrick was unbelievable. He was patient, understanding, supportive and served as an educator to us. No document was signed without a clear discussion taking us through every step and the reasoning why we were doing this. His opinions were unfiltered, truthful and in our best interest - not that of the various agents. He was available to us nearly 24 hours a day (which we never took advantage of, but just knowing that level of commitment....). I cannot emphasize enough just how much of this process proceeded BECAUSE of having Patrick in our corner. While I hope to never have to buy again, if I do the first call I make is to Patrick.

Patrick has extensive knowledge about the real estate market in the area. He was great at determining and negotiating a fair price for the home. He accommodated us on short notice and drove us around to see many properties. He is very organized and because of that, the transaction went through very quickly. He also provides recommendations for highly competent professionals to help with the closing (inspector, lawyer, etc).
Patrick has a lot of integrity and you can trust that he has your best interests at heart.
