What a pleasant experience from top to.bottom dealing with Aisling Baile. Our rental Three Peaks was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group of 6 adults.
Chelsey was a true gem to work with. Emails were returned in a timely manner and all our questions and concerns were addressed. The home was spotless and all the amenities in good order. We loved our home in the mountains and very much enjoyed its proximity to town without being in town. The home is exactly as represented.
I can not say enough good things about our stay and the great relationship we had with the rental company.
I would repeat again in a minute. It was refreshing to have such great customer service in a time when it seems to be harder to find.
Thank You Chelsey and Aisling Baile for your cooperation and we will loom forward to our next rental in 2025.

We watched how hard the company's owners, the interior designer and cleaners work for their clients and guests, and appreciated all the personal help they offered. Aisling Baile is not your typical property manager. They care, try their best, are passionate about what they do, and are very personable.

We stayed at the Moonlight Summit in Panorama, BC in the summer. Quiet, very clean and cozy. Kitchen well equipped, bbq meals, close to the lodge, beds super comfy and a great space for the five of us. Our favourite activity was watching the falling stars from the hot tub at night. Between hanging out at the condo, mini golf, the aerial course, the mountain coaster, exploring the town and so many more outdoor activities, we’ll definitely be back!

stayed with this company last year our condo was immaculate, we stayed one extra night in another condo and same thing. booked with them this year and the unit did not even come close to our expectations. very dissapointed. we reached out to Chelsey and other team members and they responded immediately and switched us to another unit at the same address. cant ask for better service. we will be visiting Invermere quite a bit over the next few years and will use Aisling baile. highly recommend.

I never post negative reviews but considering the ridiculousness of our experience with this company I had to say something. We stayed in one of the properties they manage and it went fine, minor things but not a big deal. We left some items by accident in the unit including a $300 vape (which was empty). I immediately contacted them and they said they would ask the cleaning staff to grab them (I noted the worth of the items). After not hearing for a while, I sent follow up emails and they finally responded that their cleaning team says they can't ship it because it has batteries in it. This is a bit insane as billions of items are shipped every year with batteries in them, so I sent them links showing that that isn't true, that this only applies to items like scooters etc... They said they would get back to me. I didn't hear back for a long time so I had to keep emailing every couple of days (every time they promised to get back by a certain date they didn't). Finally after 2 weeks of asking, I get a response that they have thrown away all of my items. With no notice, no call, no email, no explanation, NOTHING. This is insane. How can a company destroy someone's property without even trying to work with them to get it back. There was no call to say, hey, listen, we're having issues, can you have a friend pick it up, or can we leave it here or there etc...no. They kept hiding behind either their own "company policies" which made it sound like having a vape was the equivalent risk of having a gun in the office, or saying that nobody would ship the item. This company does NOT care about helping people. They will do the bare minimum and hide behind company policies to refuse helping you. This is very indicative of the culture of this company. I still can't believe how unhelpful they were in getting our items back, they didn't give us a call, or warning or anything, they just threw away our property. It's insane. The one employee kept braking her promises to get back to me, to discuss with her supervisor etc...
Aisling Baile, this is not how you run a successful business that is in the business of customer service. I'm still waiting for you to reimburse me for my items.
Edit Response: You couldn't have called me to give me an explanation or heads up? Just threw away the item? You couldn't try someone else? You don't have to tell them what you are shipping. And it is YOUR policy to throw away the item. Every email you make excuses why you couldn't just care a little bit. Beware everyone, any Ipad, tablet, computer, phone, e-reader will get thrown away because they "can't" ship it. What a joke.

RESPONSE: My wife made the booking (who clearly has the same last name) and fairly certain it was the same guy who told her too bad, thanks bye. Moreover, my review has nothing to do with air conditioning. We are talking about a basic business transaction where a reasonable consideration could have been made but wasn't.

We booked one of their properties in Radium for 5 nights. However, due to extreme hot weather (+40), my wife being 6 months pregnant and unexpected injuries impacting our stay we had to cancel our reservations. I was not aware there was a cut off time for cancellations on Airbnb (fair enough that’s on me) but I requested the cancellation on the same day (which was 5 days before check-in) within a few hours past the cut off time. I understand I was a few hours late and was ok to have forfeited the cost of the first night, however the owner penalized us with the first night plus 50% the cost of a 5 night stay. I found this to be absolutely unreasonable especially when I checked again a couple of days later, the same property had been booked by others. I understand times are tough for everyone nowadays but that should never outweigh your integrity as a business owner. As a business owner myself, I would never have done this to my clients. Putting profit before your client’s best interest is never a good business practice.

Hands down, one of the greatest services and booking ive experienced in a long time. I travel around the world a lot and the level of expectation is uncanny. Will definitely book with them again!
