My partner and I decided to reach out to Alex as she came recommended from a colleague. Alex met up with my partner and I before looking at listings to learn about us and what type of home we were looking for. We were pretty anxious being first time home buyers and Alex made the experience easy and enjoyable. She is very knowledgable and trusting, and we never felt that she was pressuring us to buy a home. I have worked with Alex twice now on condo purchases and thoroughly enjoyed working with her on both occasions! She is extremely knowledgeable in the history of the area, the surrounding condo buildings and how they compare, as well as the future plans for the area. Alex was readily available to answer any and all questions that we had, she took the time to thoroughly explain all of the complicated documents involved in the purchase of a home, and she graciously guided us through all of the steps from start to finish. She is a wonderful mix of professional and personable. We wanted to have a plan in place for where our furniture was going to go in order to make our moving day go as smoothly as possible, so Alex organised a visit to the condo before the closing date, so we could measure and plan out our space. As an added bonus, she had so many great home organization and cleaning tips along the way!
