We have know Alex for several years and he is a terrific friend and realtor. We sold/bought with him 8 years ago and have enlisted his assistance on a few occasions since then when we were thinking about moving. Alex helped us find our one of a kind dream property five years ago and we have been making family memories there ever since. He knows the Central Alberta real estate market very well, but just as importantly, he makes looking at houses a lot of fun. I have used Alex now for a few years. He is always willing and eager to help out when I need appraisals done, to sell a home or to look at something I have found. He is not pushy however is helpful when your looking for advise. Currently have two homes listed through Alex, he has done several open houses for me. We just sold a house for full list with 17 day possession conditions removed. With how slow things are right now, that's something worth talking about!

I would recommend Alex for your relator because Alex is a GREAT relator.
Alex saves you time, Alex knows property, Alex listens to what are important interests, Alex makes it easy to buy or sell property. I have used Alex many times and I have had friends and family use Alex many times. I don't know a better person to deal with or a better relator.
Alex arranged as per my wife's request to view 12 different properties in one day ( I am thankful that it was Alex who obtained all the permissions, accesses and information for my wife). It was a success and it was because of Alex's hard work.
I would NOT hesitate to recommend Alex, in fact I am thankful for his help and efforts he puts forth for me and my family.
