I apologize in advanced for the long-winded review but it was not possible to summarize my appreciation and praise for Alison in less words.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Alison for 2 home purchases and a home sale. I really enjoyed the care and attention she provided to us. She truly has a passion for what she does and what she does is make sure her clients are completely satisfied with their new home.

When viewing homes, she points out all features of the house letting you know the pros and cons for each house you view. Old windows, Alison will let you know, roof that was just done, Alison will let you know. Did you notice the house is on septic system? Don't worry Alison will let you know.

When purchasing our first home almost 6 years ago we had no idea what to expect or what to look for. I appreciate Alison's attention to detail and thoughtfulness in each house we visited. She shared her knowledge with us allowing us to make an informed decision about the house we were going to purchase and with each house visited we were able to get a better understanding of what we wanted and what we needed to look for.

On my most recent home purchase we moved outside of the city, and we are on a well and septic system. Alison made sure we understood not only these systems but the ones specific to our house, shallow well vs deep well. Another thing to mention when it came time to get these systems inspected, I did not have to go look up inspectors and determine who was reputable or not. Alison has a contact for everything, and she was more then happy to book the inspection for me. This eliminated extra stress and time from my plate allowing me to continue my focus on my work and family.

When it comes to selling our house Alison took the time to come to our home in advance and let us know what should be done in order to prepare the house for viewings. With her instructions we knew exactly what to focus our time and energy on in order to make our house as appealing as possible. Our house brought in over 40 viewings, and I truly thank Alison for guiding us on to make this possible.

I would recommend Alison to anyone looking to buy or sell their next home. Alison does not strike me as your stereotypical real estate agent. Once you have had a chance to work with her, I'm sure you will agree. You will quickly realize she is focused and determined to do what is in the absolute best interest of her clients.

Alison was fantastic to work with. Being new to Ottawa, and first time home buyers, Alison took the time to explain every step of the process to us, and answer all (and there were many!) of our questions. Alison always made the time to talk when we needed, and was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. Alison really listened to who we were and what we were looking for, which was very apparent in the properties she recommended us to see. From the very beginning to after we signed the paperwork, she was a trusted advisor and continues to check in on how we are doing.
