Not a trust worthy developer, they use ProCondos who misled us to purchase a unit we were told would be 875 but actually turned out to be 650 living space. They also promised that our appliances would be replaced because of damages during installation but then ignored all the home owners in the building. Terrible experience. 1 star minimum otherwise deserve minus 5 stars

Altree is finding the good in the neighborhoods that have been neglected. If I had the money, they are choosing a the spots that I would have. Rebuilding Kingston road East in Scarborough, deserves the vision and the love that they are willing to give it.
We can be better than Park lawn and lakeshore. Thank you for cleaning up my neighborhood, bringing back the good history and generating income and population for our small businesses to thrive once again.

Altree is going to tear down 3 perfectly good buildings to build a huge condo. The people in these 3 buildings are now facing homelessness in a city with a housing crisis. Altree is predatory developers they are putting profit before the people. Save our affordable housing and say NO to Altree

Altree targets low Income neighborhoods for profit. They have no heart for the people whom have resided in the community's from anywhere in between 8-40 yrs. They seek low income areas as a "sore eye" that needs to be refined. They are forcing the elderly, the mentally challenged, children and single mothers to be extinct and homeless. They seek only profit!

It looks like Altree is improving the area and the business around their developments. I have seen two different building they have started on and the concepts look high end and high quality.

Not liking they are building all these high rises and knocking down all the low rise building where people ha e lived for many years some over 20 years and then not providing the same accommodation of rent after 3+ years to build the place.
