Without doubt the best experience using a realtor. Went above and beyond from start to finish. Once we found the house for us she only upped her game with making sure we knew what to do at all times. Where do I even begin! Words cannot express how utterly indispensable Amanda was in the selling and buying of our homes! This was my first time working with Amanda and I was nervous changing real estate agents as my previous agent retired, but those nerves quickly faded! She exceeded all of my expectations and made me wish I had had her as my real estate agent for all of my previous sales and purchases! Amanda goes above and beyond and most importantly you can tell she truly cares about you and your family's needs. You are not just a paycheck to her, you are a deeply valued client. She was always available to answer all questions, tackle any problems that came up and she NEVER made you feel like you were inconveniencing her. On top of all that she is incredibly knowledgeable in her field of work. She helped us stage our house and guided us on what areas to spend money and where to save it. When we shopped for our new house she pointed out issues in places we viewed I would have completely overlooked. She was patient and understanding. She never rushed us on finding a house or taking an offer. She was the lighthouse beacon showing us the possible obstacles in our path but 100% left us in charge of navigating our own course through those obstacles. I could gush about Amanda for pages here, but to get to the point I would 12/10 recommend Amanda to anyone who is looking at buying or selling their property. In fact I already did, she helped my Aunt and Uncle recently sell their property as well and they were just as happy with her service as I was. People like Amanda are a rare find in the customer service industry, trust me once you've had service like hers you'll be ruined for anyone else!
