Amhurst is the first rental company we've dealt with since I've moved to Calgary. We have been renting with Amhurst for ten months now with pleasant experience so far.

I'm a renter, and Amhurst has been my property management company since 2019 and they've been excellent! Saadat Keshavjee, the founder of the company, personally comes by each year for a quick chat to check in on your needs or issues. It's a nice personal touch that is rarely seen these days. They're also very prompt with repairs and communication. If you need a great property management company in Calgary, Amhurst is it.

I’m a long time tenant at an Amhurst managed property. We recently had a break-in at our parkade. The thief had gotten their hands on a building key. Our property manager, Jennifer, had the locks changed within days and arranged for additional security. And the security actually caught the thief trying to get back into the property again, and the thief was arrested! There haven’t been any problems since. I’m very happy with Amhurst’s responsiveness! I’m in the second year of living in a rental property managed by Amhurst. They’ve been nothing but excellent in their management of my place. They respond promptly when there’s a service need. I’ve been in many rental properties before and there’s usually no inspection of the property until you’re moving out but Amhurst has been here every year. They come with a friendly face to build relationships and to remind/ensure your smoke/carbon monoxide detectors work, filter in the furnace, any plumbing issues etc that they should know about and help with. Plus, they actually acknowledge and appreciate their tenants enough to send a beautiful Christmas card with a gift card in it at the end of the year. As long as I have to rent, a property managed by Amhurst will be my preferred place to live.
