These room are full apartments that can be rented for short stays. I stayed for two nights for work and it was nice to have the full kitchen and living room. View from the eighth floor was amazing. Decor is older but everything was clean. The bed was comfortable but very soft. If you like a firm bed you may find it too soft. I arrived around 6:00 pm and there in so one working there. You will be emailed instructions on how to get in the building and get your key. I was worried at first that I wouldn’t be able to figure it out but when I got there it all made sense and I had no problem getting my room key. I would recommend this place if you prefer to do your own cooking while you travel and like lots of space and great views.

Stayed in the Hotel section of the property until I could get an apartment in Yellowknife. Because it is a split of Apartment and Hotel Suites it is far quieter than having to go through a Hotel lobby each day. The suite has everything you need and was clean. The only complaint I would have is TV’s need an upgrade the days of the CRT are long over. Price was reasonable and location allows you to walk to most things you need if you are here for a extended period. If in Yellowknife give them a try!

The facility itself is ok, however it is starting to get a bit dated. They still have old CRT televisions if you can believe it. No one has cleaned under the bed for who knows how long. The appliances are old and dated. The building does not have any gym facilities. On the positive side it is comfortable for the most part and will stay there again if the need arises.

We visited Yellowknife for work in mid September. Accommodations were nearly impossible to find. We luckily got in at the Anderson Thomson Tower. This is more a residential condo then a hotel but they rent a few suits like a hotel. So don’t go in expecting a lobby with restaurants etc. But the two bedroom unit we stayed in was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. It was also very quiet. We were able to walk downtown in minutes. ||I would absolutely stay here again!|

Old kitchen. Lots of broken knobs. Tube tv in the room is not impressive. No temperature controls. Noise is fine. When you shower with the door open it triggers the smoke alarm which is hanging from wires on the ceiling. There is no option to not disturb the room.

Terrible renting company. Harasses tenants, tried to tow their legally parked car. The building is very old, and the furniture is always broken. There's problems with toilet and plumbing, heater is off during summer/fall/spring.
