Andrew did an amazing job in helping us purchase our home. It is my pleasure to share some of the experiences my wife and I have had with Andrew Cosgrove. We interviewed Andrew regarding the sale of our house in Mississauga. From the first meeting we found Andrew to be professional, well informed and easy to communicate with. With this in mind we listed our house with Andrew and were so pleased with his marketing approach. He did a first class job in presenting our home for sale.
When our house did not sell (as the market did not cooperate) Andrew suggested that we explore the idea of leasing the house. This was a wonderful suggestion and within a week he had found us a lovely, reliable tenant.
Our next step was to purchase a house in the area that we had chosen. Andrew was so helpful with the purchase of this house. He went beyond the call of duty to assist us with finding our future residence.
We will move into that house one year from now so in the meantime Andrew is working on finding us a tenant.
A long story but one that I wish to share because without Andrew Cosgrove, this would not have been possible.
