Andrew helped us purchase our first home in June 2020. Once covid hit, we were not hopeful that we would be able to buy the house we needed with the budget we had. We had specific needs as we needed a home with a spacious in law suite, good sized backyard and a bigger driveway. There are no words to explain how much we appreciate Andrew.
We first worked with him back in 2020 during COVID. He worked very hard and got us the perfect house for my partner, myself and my partner’s mother.
This time around we were selling our current home & looking to buy another (for just my partner and I).
He kept in touch with us months before we put the house of the market, making sure we were doing all the work we needed to do before listing. He was there for us each step of the way which provided a lot of comfort during a very stressful time.
