Buying our first home brought me and my wife a lot of stress and anxiety, but having Andrew with us was like having a buddy that got your back 24/7. We came across Andrew's youtube videos that caught our attention leading to his google reviews, which made us decide to go with him. The decision couldn't have been better 🙂

He understood what we were looking for to call a space our home. He got our taste right after the first face to face meeting. Initially, we carried our talks and discussions through chats and emails, and Andrew still managed to have pretty decent properties to visit for us on our first meeting with him. He was pretty responsive from our first reachout email to him. I must mention that we were reaching out to him from Montreal and looking to move to Kitchener. Andrew also managed to visit properties for us and showed it to us online on video calls when we were not able to travel from Montreal. He is meticulous when it comes to looking at the property. He checks every nook and crannies to check the condition of the property. We felt relieved while he was with us, checking everything at the property, giving us a sense of relief because we had no clue what to look for when looking at properties. We even felt like we wouldn't need an inspection when Andrew was with us checking everything himself. However, we do recommend property inspection as does Andrew.

Andrew really cares for his clients and tries to get the best for them. Me and my wife will totally recommend Andrew to anyone who wants to buy or even sell a property. We are looking forward to working with him in the future as well. I have already recommended my family memebers to reach out to Andrew for any of their real estate needs ?
