Angela is a great agent to work with. She understood our needs and showed full dedication to help get our dream home. Our dream home was a newly development project. In order to be the first one submitting the offer, she travelled between Richmond and Vancouver downtown multiple times in a single day to get all documents signed between all parties. Yet she would not cut any corner and was patient to go through and explained all documents to us. In our case, the signing authority of the developer was out of town when we submitted our offer. We were worried because this would give more time for other offers to come in. Her use of proper tactics and her persistence in non-stop following up with the selling agent finally granted us a signed contract from the developer in the same day!
