Highly recommend Ankur if you want someone that cares and puts in a lot of effort to get the deal done. I gave him a pretty hard task of selling house that needed a lot of renovations at a time when the market is very bad. He had people coming to look at the house on day 1. And an offer was made with in a week, sadly it fell through due to the high interest rates but the house sold within a month in the market. Out of all the realtors I've worked with he's been the best.
