We met Ann during a showing she was having, and knew right away that we wanted her and Chris to represent us in our purchase of our first home. Of course, they were great in showing us places we asked about, deterring us from potential 'real estate bombs' (houses that would need too much work, houses in not ideal areas).

However, the real 'above and beyond' came when we actually went to put in an offer on our place. There were numerous hurdles we had to overcome in the assessment of the property, acquisition of insurance, etc. -- And this is where having a local, caring, attentive and expert realtors like Ann and Chris really comes in - They had a house inspection booked for us immediately in a town that has inspectors booked out for weeks, they had an electrician there DURING THE SHOWING to ensure we could be confident making an offer on the home, and could acquire insurance for it. They walked us through a competitive offer, ensured our paperwork was signed on time (even while we were in Toronto), and reassured us, answering all the multitude of questions first time out of town home buyers ask.

Not only that, after providing us with their services, where most people would say, "ok, on to the next one" - they continued to support us! We had a leak in the house after purchase due to a humidifier failing on the furnace - Chris took time out of his Saturday to come over, get us a plumber, and even help me clean up the water. Ann has included my partner in social events, checks on us via text message every few months, and we really feel like we are 'part' of a new community now. That all started with our realty team.

I cannot recommend Ann and Chris enough as realtors, as business people, and just as good people in general. That's the kind of service they provide, and I am happy to answer any inquiries any one may have as to their character or level of realty service, however I think my post above accurately sums up how happy we are / were with their abilities.

Chris and Ann were thoroughly professional and very patient as we worked through our decision-making process, responding to often short notice requests to view properties and offering very good advice. We worked mainly with Chris but Ann was always available to help or answer questions if Chris was busy. It was like having two people on your side instead of only one. I highly recommend them to anyone who is a bit jaded about realtors. They listened, provided great guidance, never pressured, and were true to their word in everything. My husband and I had the privilege to meet Ann Milne and Chris Wynn in the spring of 2019. We were looking for a waterfront recreational property to purchase in the Meaford
/ Owen Sound area. Initially, we were not working with a realtor and so we would contact the listing realtor directly. Ann Milne happened to be one of the listing agents that we contacted. We liked her immediately as she knew the area well and she listened to our requests in finding the ideal property. Early in our search, we met Ann’s partner, Chris. They work as a team in finding their clients the most suitable properties. On several occasions, they both were present during viewings of potential properties. Both quickly understood what we were looking for in the lot, the design and the aesthetics of the house, as well as the construction. They both were very resourceful in their knowledge of the local builders and contractors. For almost two years, they worked diligently with us before we found our dream home. In the spring of 2021, we bought our home in a very competitive real estate market. Ten offers were presented and we feel that we were the successful buyers because Ann and Chris were our realtors. Their knowledge of the market along with their resources to both legal and surveyor’s advice were most helpful during the purchase of the property.
