This guy. Realtors, in my experience, usually aren’t on the honest side of their jobs. I get it. It’s a commission job that pays you based on how much you sell. My experience with Anthony at Royal LePage was really great. As first-time home buyers, we were pretty much in the dark, but his construction and renovation know-how helped us out big time. He looked at houses carefully, pointing out all the repairs needed, from electrical, roofing, fencing, insulation, and so much more, and even gave us a rough idea of costs based on his own experiences.

What really impressed us was how committed he was. Despite not living in the areas we were looking at, he met up with us multiple times a week, checking out over 30 houses without any issues. As first tome home buyers, we were referred to Anthony by a close friend. From day 1, Anthony was quick to reply to any question we had. If he didn't know, he would be sure to find the correct answer and not feed us any BS.

We spent lots of time between deciding between resale or building brand new. Anthony brought us to maybe 10 different companies that fit our budget and we looked at models they had to offer in our price range. We were just about ready to build, then last minute changed our minds. After that, we went to about 30 different resale houses. As we went through each home, Anthony was very patient throughout the process, checked every spot of the house and gave us great advice on whether or not we should pursue it.
