Our second purchase was more complicated than the last as we needed to use our sales money as down payment for our new home. We also needed to time our sale and purchase dates accordingly to mitigate packing/moving and the possibility of being homeless for a period of time.

Anthony was an excellent resource for us. He helped forecast the best time to sell; was great at providing steps and timelines of “what happens next”; and really helped us navigate through such a scary and stressful process.

I am happy to say that the process was pretty much seamless, and it was no doubt because of Anthony’s organization, excellent communication and his amazing tips! For context, we found buyers immediately (after our first open house), found our new home a couple of weeks later, and are now moved into our new home. Our open house was on May 3, 2025 and we moved into our new home by July 11, 2025.

Anthony was our realtor during our first home purchase (5 years ago), and we’re so happy we went with him again for our second. Although this current place feels like our forever home, we will definitely keep Anthony in our thoughts for any future buying/selling needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor - especially if you’re someone like me who has a lot of questions/ requires too much hand holding.
