Stay far away from this dealership. They’re nothing but scammers. Two years ago, I paid an outrageous amount for a battery replacement, supposedly backed by an 84-month warranty. Fast forward to now, and this battery that’s only two years old has already died twice in the past two weeks, forcing me to jump-start my car both times. I took it back to the dealership after the second failure, confident they would honor the warranty. Instead, they made me wait two hours without a single update, only to tell me they wouldn’t replace the battery because their “test” showed it was in “good condition.” This was right after I had to jump-start it!

To add insult to injury, when I went to another mechanic for an oil change, they immediately noticed chemical leakage on the battery and urged me to get it replaced ASAP. Yet the dealership ignored the obvious evidence and refused to honor the warranty, saying their test results were fine.

This place is a complete sham. They’ll do anything to avoid honoring their promises, even when it’s about a practically new battery that’s clearly defective. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.

I am in college and in need of a new car, so I went shopping around. I had never been to this dealership before, but let me tell you if I ever need a car again I will be coming back to this place! Colin Riley was one of the most helpful people! He was attentive, had great personable skills, and made me feel like I was being truly taken care of. That's the kind of service you'll get at Antwerpen. Not only Colin, but Tykai Martin and Sam Saleem must have trained him really well because they were so personable and made me feel like I made the best decision coming here. 10/10, best dealership in Maryland!

Hi I was really stressed about getting a car being as tho I’m only 20 but I worked with Edwin and he was able to help me actually leave with a car. The customer service and the communication was excellent and they answered any questions that I had. They were also patient and just overall very kind people. The manager Mohammed was also very nice and also communicated well on things regarding the car. In general the staff was very nice and I’m glad I was able to leave with a car. They made getting a car stress free so I would absolutely recommend them in the future!

I bought a car from this dealership and just a few years later it's already having major issues with starting and brakes not working.

I brought my car in for repairs here as well, thinking they would give me a good deal, but they quoted me half the cost of the car to have it fixed. I was in a bind, so I had them do the repairs.. but I checked with other shops and they could get official Nissan parts and do the job much cheaper.

Their sales manager was also condescending. He smugly said that I had no shot in court, despite that I never said I was taking them to court.

All in all, they sell poor quality cars here and will overpriced repairs. Customer service is a real mixed bag. AVOID this location in any circumstances.

I worked with Mr. Brandon Hawkins, and I want to say here that he was extremely personable, gave me weekly updates on my car once the repairs started, and answered pretty much any question I could think of. He also had an excellent demeanor when I initially came in with my damaged vehicle, clearly frazzled, and that definitely helped me keep my anxiety down during the initial visit. The dealership itself did have a quite a few cars lined up for repairs, so i did end up waiting nearly a month and a half to get my car back, but with the state of things right now, it kinda can't be avoided given how close to the city areas we live. Would come back again if I needed the service!
