Colin Colpitts and the Apex Real Estate Group are exceptional at supporting and guiding their clients to attaining their Real Estate goals, even when those goals are difficult to achieve.

We were looking for a property in a popular neighbourhood that could be renovated into a multi-generational home. Colin was the best agent for us because of his experience and knowledge of the Vancouver and Lower Mainland markets. He supported us through many months of searching, working with us in expanding our search area, and being open with us when his experience told him that we may be offering too low or too high. Through our many months of searching and offering Colin was always there to help. He even put us in touch with Financial and Construction experts that lead to us purchasing a property to build a new house on, which we hadn’t extensively considered due to cost.

With Colin’s expertise, knowledge and his desire to see us obtain the home we sought, we bought a property and are on the way to building the home we want.
