We highly recommend Layla and Kevin. We interviewed a few real estate agents and from the start felt a rapport with this team. Layla and Kevin are very knowledgeable, professional, quick to grasp issues. They are quick to respond and we felt we were given undivided attention and the best effort in the sale of our property. From hiring a professional photographer and making 3D models and drone videos of our property, to hosting an open house and promoting it on social media we felt that Layla and Kevin did their best for us. They are easy to talk to and understand the emotions accompanying the sale of your home. Selling your home can be a stressful time, it helps if you are working with people you like and trust. Above and beyond, after the sale, they helped us to find a replacement rental for our tenants and continued to assist in the transition after the sale. Thank you so much!

Layla and Kevin were wonderful to work with when selling my home. Their many years of experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. Kevin and Layla have been amazing with the sale of my house. They did a great job of taking exceptional photos of my house and property and even used a drone to take aerial shots. I haven't sold a house in a long time and they explained every little detail to me. When showing places to me for purchase, they took the time to really go through the place with me and look for areas of concern. They were available whenever I needed them, including weekends and evenings. Kevin and Layla work as a perfect team for all your buying or selling needs and I highly recommend them!
