Ascent has been great managing our strata property for the last 3 years. Our property manager, Robert Marshal, is always available to help us in any way, whether it's early in the morning, late at night, or on the weekend. The office is always available as well. We switched property management companies 3 years ago because of a lack of service from the other company. And i can honestly say that we are so happy to have switched over to Ascent. We have been a long term client of Ascent Realty. Since 1990, they have been managing my rental properties in Vancouver. Throughout these 34 years, their service has been superb. They always keep me informed of strata meeting minutes and affairs related to the property. Rents are collected and deposited into account promptly. Repairs are quickly done. Last year, I sold one of the properties and the Ascent team was very efficient in the vacancy logistics. This year, they are also very helpful in finding me a new tenant with a vacant property. The current manager, Ms. Milena Carella, is very efficent and professional. I highly recommend Ascent Realty if you have a need for a friendly and professional property management company.
