We have been with Ascent for several years now and are very pleased with their services. Christina Goertz is our property manager and I can’t say enough good things about her. She has worked tirelessly with council to resolve many issues our building has faced, openly communicating with us and being very quick to address any and all directives thrown her way.

Terrible communication. Once I sold my properties they refused to help with the tenants. I would avoid this company. Everything changed when they acquired Sutton Select.

Avoid Ascent Real Estate Management Corporation like the plague. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The other Google Reviews speak for themselves. Ken Dahl is an absolute snake. I am thankful that we have recorded communications between us and him to be able to file a formal complaint. He swears at condo owners of the strata buildings that he "manages", and hangs up on them. Extremely unprofessional. From what we are hearing from trades that have worked with him and Ascent Corporation in the past and reviews on Google, it seems that there are more criminal things going on with this business. I repeat, do not deal with Ascent Real Estate Management Corporation or Ken Dahl. Horrible company, atrocious behaviour.

They are useless and abusing their power on things. They are harassing me and they are doing victimization to the owners with the help of all the strata council we deal with. Stay away from this company, do not use this management company at all. They are bullies and do not understand we all know our rights we are going to court in this with all the bullies. 😡🤬

If you want a headache or feel suicidal use this management company.
