I have only lived at an ASH management property since May but have had a great experience so far. I felt inspired to write this review because this morning I was heading to work early and found Lisa quietly cleaning. The building is always clean and any request we’ve had has been dealt with promptly. It’s rare to find someone who cares about their job as well as the tenants. I knew Lisa was going to be great the first time she showed us the suite, as she was so warm and outgoing! After reading some of the reviews on this page I realized we really lucked out with our caregiver and want to give her the recognition she deserves!

I was in lady Trevor building over the weekend, visiting a friend and you couldn’t believe how clean the building was compared to other junkie buildings I have been too. The tenants are lucky to have such a great care taker. I highly recommend!

new resident at lady trevi, I've noticed how well-maintained and clean the communal areas are, thanks to Lisa, the building caretaker. My unit was impressively clean upon moving in, compared to during my initial visit. Her dedication to building safety played a significant role in my decision to apply, making me feel secure here. Highly recommend!

When I moved into my apartment three years ago I paid $3000 upfront aside from all my deposits because I was from out of town. That three k was used to allow me to move out of the apartment early on the first year of my
Lease. Everything was done right and I owed no money. I just recently got an email saying they are coming after me for $2300 in collections?(years later)?!.there was no damage and it was clean. Also when I moved in I paid a $600 cash pet deposit, put in their mailbox at their office and they told me I never submitted it and repeatedly asked me to pay it for months. They also one time sent a guy to threaten to evict us the next day because we were accidentally short like 50$ on rent and he was trying to intimidate us. just want to be transparent about my experience with these guys! I hope this helps someone. Like is someone embezzling/stealing money in the office because I can’t find a reason as to why I’d owe 2300$ two years later.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with a property manager while exploring a condo rental ang i must say, she stands out us truly exceptional. her politeness and professionalism were remarkable and she provided me with the valuable insights about the condo, including its rules. working in property management can be challenging ,yes she handle everything with respect and grace . i hope to encounter more managers like her in the future. Been living in lady Trevi Apartment for more than 2 years, the caretaker Lisa, keeps building clean, always nice/ friendly gets repairs done. Over heard neighbours talking positive of Lisa and wanted to confirm it’s true. She cares about her job and tenants.

The lady receptionist taking residential leasing management calls is so freaking rude and annoying. I called to ask about an application and she kept on speaking rudely when answering questions about the reason I called that I was dumbfounded. I called back to let her know that she spoke rudely to me and she told me that it was because she was busy and didn’t even apologize. I mean who isn’t busy. We’re all working and busy but it doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude to other people. This is the worst management I have ever spoken to about moving so I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE THERE!!!!!!!

I was not angry about my application being disapproved but at the manner in which I was spoken to on the phone the first time. If you guys think letting someone know they were being rude is disrespectful then I’m glad the application was disapproved. I only ever called that number 2 times, once to ask about the disapproval of the application and the second to say that I was spoken rudely to in which I didn’t even get an apology.

horrible suites, took all of our damage deposit, asked for MORE money bc we left in "shambles" apparently, even though we cleaned it for a whole day and only lived there a year.
Never put a lock on our front window causing a safety hazard drove by last week and saw the same board holding it closed from when we moved there 3 years ago obviously the money the kept they didn't do anything from
In total we paid 12 mo ths rent but wanted to double change us to get that cash grab bc you k ow they're scam artists.
Horrible experience all around. Would LOVE a response regarding what WE did wrong instead of Ash management taking some responsibility for all these horrible google reviews.
