LANDLORDS BEWARE OF PAUL CHERRY. Paul was a terrible person to deal with when both living in and moving out of my apartment. He would negatively speak about my landlord in an unprofessional manner. When there was snow and ice on the property he did not make the necessary arrangements to remove. It got so bad that I had to call 311. One very cold December night the fuse went out in my apartment and the 24 hour hotline did not work and he gave me a call and said there was nothing he could do to help. He knew there was no heat in the apartment due to the fuse blowing and he did nothing to assist. At the time of move out, when I could finally take no more, he decided to change the time and place of where to meet for return of keys. He would say one thing in his phone calls, and a completely different thing in writing. Be aware of this shady practice. Ash Bridges is probably the worst place you could get your property managers from. This is speaking as a tenant so I can only imagine what he does behind his landlords backs. Mind you these are things that you as a landlord will be affected by. Be careful of who you hire.

Ashbridges are consistently proactive with maintenance and empathetic to the needs of the residents in their buildings. Whenever we have contacted them with an issue they have replied within the hour and it is rectified with the day (excluding issues requiring the order of specialist replacement parts, obviously these takes longer to rectify).

All in I couldn't fault them in the slightest.
