I have lived in a rental from Ashburnham for a little over 5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them! If anything needs done they are here very quickly, the building I live it is a great monthly price with being all inclusive and on the lake, sure the outside of the building could use some work but it’s mainly just for looks anyways and I personally would rather pay less than pay more for a place on the outside to look nice! $1000/mth for a 2 Bedroom all inclusive is an amazing deal! The staff are awesome and very helpful and understanding with everything! The owner of Ashburnham is also a great person!! Thanks for all you guys do Ashburnham!!!

I didn't choose to rent from them they bought the place I was renting from the previous landlord. For about the first year things were completely fine however over time the management became very sloppy, unprofessional, and at times I have been harassed by Cassia over the phone. Cassia is the only one who I've ever had problems with. The maintenance team all around are cool, chill, and very skilled workers who understand old buildings have many problems and require high maintenance. The management done by Cassia has been abysmal and she doesn't even properly communicate to the people who show up at my apartment when they arrive I have to often explain things to the again and even organizations she tried to pair me with have told her she's overreaching and pressuring tenants too much. I've only met the owner once and even he seemed like a chill guy. Based on my experiences and the experiences of those who also rent from Ashburnham Realty the problem seems to lay in management alone. Either get better management or this company will sink with the way it's going.

My friend and I were previous tenants of Ashburnham for 4 years. They were great and helpful and the beginning. However, after a while they changed their bahaviours towards us especially Kelly who was very unprofessional, rude and and did not value customers whatsoever. They increased the rent which I understand may increase every year but this was never declared to us and when we said we did not know about this Kelly threatened us that we would have to evacate had we not paid the remaining balance of 18 dollars. There were two times that they missplaced our cheques and sent us notice of delayed rent. For the last 6 months of my stay in that apartment the cupboards were falling apart due to the place aging, when I asked them to repair the cupbords (3 times to be exact) they never bothered with that until we moved out. Also, after 4 years of living there I had to move out due to my situation and I did find someone to replace me and they refused to let me move out. I understand my notice was less than 60 days (about 45-50days) but they were not understanding whatsoever that me as a student was paying an extra month of rent when all of these could have been avoided. Overall, they are nice and helpful at the beginning especially Laura who has been very nice, professional and helpful to us at all times but overall I felt that they did not value their tenants. I have recommended numerous people to Ashburnham. However, I will gladly share my bad experience with them and take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love Ashburnham Realty!! My husband and I have been renting from them for just over 6 years and recently moved to another apartment and we LOVE It!! They have an amazing team who go beyond any expectations!! Thank you so much for everything you have done and helped us with!! Much respect ? way to many people to list!!

I've been in touch with them for six weeks about a rental property. They advertised two places but then said the tenants "decided to stay", and a third place has been advertised for the full six weeks but is still not available for viewing in any form. Some emails are answered quickly; some a few days later; some not at all. I also notice that an employee of Ashburnham Realty has written a 5-star review on here. I would certainly not recommend them for rentals.

I hope the owners of one of the properties this company manages reads this and has and idea of how Laura and her coworkers treat potential clients. I feel like I have been mislead, by being sent a spreadsheet of available dates for rental, when In reality I believe she was not capable of handling this property. I got a lot of “we just took this property a week ago” for her reasoning to not completing my reservation multiple times. Even had fill out a thorough application for no reason. Multiple phone calls chasing her down followed up by multiple emails from my wife and I, and only to be sent an email today after 48 hours of silence from her that the rental has been fully booked. Poor client relations. Poor service. Will not use again.

Absolutely disgusting properties. No care or respect for tenants. Rent out units that are filthy. Matinence people don't know what they're doing at all. The "property manager" is one of the most disrespectful people I have met in my entire adult life. Very rude. I have been renting for the better part of 15 years and never had the trouble I have had with these people with anyone else. They claim to have "upscale modern energy efficient homes" you will in fact be renting a dirty gross unisulated home that will cost you upwards of $500/month to heat. If you have a problem they will be quick to give you the cheapest solution.
