The building management team are very responsive. The buildings are well maintained & well cleaned. It also feels very safe & secure here. I would add that the enclosed dog park, community lounge (that you can reserve for special events) and fitness rooms are fantastic perks. Very nice neighborhood, and right next door to Quality Foods. The location in the Comox Valley is also perfect. It's on the outer edge of Comox, with multiple routes across Comox & Courtenay. It's very central to everything and it only takes 10-15 minutes to pretty much get anywhere in the valley.

Awesome place to live. They have a community lounge for community members with a kitchen, free WiFi, games, and TV. They also have a gym accessible free to all community members.

I enjoy the safety and security. I like that it is in a good, clean neighbour hood for my daughter and I. I'm not worried about anything bad happening here. I like the amenities offered and I like how it's located so closely to the bus stop and to stores. The building is well insulated and so my hydro bill is way more resonable and I don't hear my neighbours at all.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in beautiful Comox.

First off, the property management staff Hayden, Alycia and David were such a treat to deal with. They were so helpful and accommodating to any questions or requests that I had (and I had a lot!). They even helped me sort out finding a spot to store my kayak which I greatly appreciated.

Moving is never fun and it’s something I’ve had to do many times. Lucky for me, these lovely people were so organized and made the whole process easy for me. In all honesty, I have never had a better experience moving. Everything was so smooth and organized from the initial application process to my final orientation before picking up my keys.

Onto the apartment itself. It is such a beautiful location and building. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is very modern with high ceilings and large windows that make it nice and bright throughout the day. I fell in love with it on Day 1. I have to say, my favourite part is probably the kitchen that has a very nice central island with quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet storage space. I’ll also mention that the property has a community lounge which is also very modern looking and is equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table and large kitchen. It’s a really nice addition if you want to arrange a get together with family and/or friends. Lastly, there is also a really nice gym on site. I’m a bit of a gym buff, so this is huge for me to have something so close. It is good size gym too, with a large variety of machines and free weights to use. Ultimately, you can tell the Highstreet community leaders really put some thought and effort into everything and it makes for high quality living here as a result.

I’m still on cloud 9 after just moving in recently. It feels like I am at a resort at times rather than an apartment complex. I’m really hoping to be a part of the community here for a long time and I want to again express my sincere appreciation to the Highstreet - Aspen View team (Hayden, Alycia and David especially) for being so accommodating and making me feel at home.

My fiancé Robbie and I had found out about this beautiful new community being built when we made the move back to comox In May of last year and we’re living with my parents temporarily until we could find something more permanent. When spots opened up to apply we were sure to jump on it right away! And when we found out we were approved we could not wait for the move in day.

The Community Leaders are incredible. They always respond to every email with kindness and professionalism and make you feel like you are apart of one big family! Any problem big or small they help you find a solution promptly.

The building itself is super quiet, you cannot hear anyone on either side it’s incredible (it’s megasoundproofed) and everyone living in the community is super friendly and helpful.

The community lounge next door to us is absolutely stunning with the modern furniture, ping pong table and gaming systems. I honestly cannot wait to host my bridal shower and get ready with my bridal squad on our wedding day next year!(for all you future brides that live here it’s a perfect spot to hide from the groom and get ready (with beautiful background for photos might I add) while the guys get ready in the apartment).

And last but not least the gym! I love that gym, it has AC, it’s super quiet and I love the equipment it has. What’s even better it’s FREE for members. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and a lot of my friends have put themselves on waitlist to get in. They will have to kick us out to get rid of us because it’s super convenient and nice having some of my closest friends and shopping needs right next door!

If you’re new to Comox and looking for a modern, quiet and interactive community , you’ve found your place. From experience and being new to the valley, Aspen View helped me find a place I can call home, from the welcoming committee to the safe environment. I’m forever thankful.
