Constant staff changes, no call/email returns even when your unit has a sewage back-up and you're trying the investigate if the issue is building or condo. I was also randomly charged a $1000 fee with no explanation or response when i required. Little to no customer service yet they have time (and unit owner condo fee money) to send a photocopied Christmas cards 🙈 Of the condo management companies I have worked with, they are the absolute worst. I strongly recommend doing your research and looking for other options when looking to hire/change management companies.

On of the worst company to handle their customers, So rude, no customer service. Worst person Darren, stay away from him. One manager talked to you to waive fine when I explained him the situation and and next manager said he know nothing what previous manager commit you, so don't trust on them, take everything in written. Darren get too rude to me in his office when i asked him to give me other manager contact number so he will explain you but he said he can't and i have to pay fine else they will add collection charges, they never sent me any reminder email that fine is going double up every month, So No response needed from Darren or Asset West company , because you guys are group of liars and again lie here. The initial fine was told that i parked the car and after 1 year of fight you guys said it was tire in your parking which i explained that after i removed the car, someone put the tires there , i can't stay there all day to check if someone will put it there, you could check the cameras but you and board of directors preferred to fine me and add more fine . So plz just Shut-up with your explanation. Branden was agree to take only basic fine, but you and board of directors again change me $650 after 6 month the case was closed with Branden and you never gave me Branden number or board of directors contact to talk them in person. You guys don't even know what was actual issue to fine me. The app you guys use to submit complaint never give you respond promptly.

Estela Aquino in accounting was very responsive and solved an issue for me about how to pay an invoice without getting fees for late payment. I also appreciate Ana Ribeiro as our property manager. I have a peace of mind, as an owner, now that our condo is managed by Asset West.

In my 25 years of renting I have never seen such poor property management or such a disgusting building in my entire life. We rented a unit in the NE Saddlestone area of Calgary, Lakeview apartments under Aspire Peak mgmt. The building is disgusting to say the least. They allow new Canadian tenants to live like animals, they allow garbage to be left in hallways for days on end, they allow illegal operations in the building including an illegal hair salon.. Aspire is a terrible lack-luster management company at best, they tell you what you want to hear without addressing the issues the hand... They asked me to adapt to current living conditions and understand that new Canadians don't live like we do Your joking right and asking me to do that was when my lawyer said to take it to court as Aspire is not provided legal standard living conditions as laid out by the landlord/tenant act who we also have engaged for this case.. The entire building has units where over 6+ people in a 1-2 bdrm place.... The building is wood and has zero insulation so the noise is unbearable at best... 14 days after we moved in we started seeing SEVERAL DIFFERENT BREEDS OF ROACHES!!!!! BOTH GERMAN AND BLACK BANDED ROACHED IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING. The light sockets in hallways are full of dead roaches.... They handle it by spraying each unit rather than handling the larger issue that is infestation in the entire building. The unit was sprayed prior to us moving in, in August, clearly the roach issue in the building is so bad that 14 days later we started seeing them in all breeds and sizes, so Aspire just keeps spraying every few months not resolving the much larger issue in the entire building... We spoke to many tenants in the building to investigate the issue on our own and we were met with many tenants telling us they too had roaches, but they weren't concerned and don't report it to the board so the issue goes on and on with no end in sight... they leave garbage in lobby, the cleaners don't clean anything, they come one a month and use dirty rags, they don't vacuum hallways other than the main floor... they allow children to use elevator which never works as a playground and running around hallways...The smell in the building is so bad we had to sell our furniture before we moved out.. Property managers handling any given unit are useless, they are unprofessional, non responsive and do nothing to handle any serious matters... We moved in Aug 1st 2024 and chose to break the lease and move out Nov 1st, this place is unsafe, super unhealthy and not managed properly at all.... We have decided to enlist a lawyer and take Aspire Peak & Asset West Property Management teams to court for the hardships we experienced here in just 4 months and to recoup all the cost associated with living in a place like this....STAY AWAY FROM ASSET WEST, AND LAKEVIEW (SADDLESTONE) PROPERTIES. DIRTIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! PERSONALLY CANNOT WAIT TO SEE THESE GUYS IN COURT..... MY LAWYER SAYS WORST CASE HE HAS SEEN IN CALGARY IN MANY YEARS.......
