I felt like they made great suggestions on my home I was selling, and listened to me about what I was really looking for in a new place. When the sale of my home fell through on the day it was supposed to close, they all supported me greatly, and got my house up on the market as quickly as possible to get it re-sold. Lindsay was always answering all my crazy questions at all times during the day, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience! I really appreciated everything they did for me, and would recommend them highly!

If I could have I would have put no stars!I hired this company to sell my home. During the time it was on the market Gary brought one person through to view my home. I was told that the comments regarding it not selling very quickly were that it was too small. An experienced realtor would have pointed out the benefits of having an unfinished basement and the fact that the lovely swimming pool would cost far more to install than finishing the downstairs to a buyer's liking. I had placed an offer on another home and stated that due to the appliances there; I would probably take my fridge (just one year old and gas range with me. That deal unfortunately fell through. When I found the home I am now living in, the appliances were as good as mine. I explained to Lindsay that I would now be leaving my appliances with the home. Obviously she did not document that information and when negotiating for the sale of my home strongly encouraged me to accept an offer that did not include the appliances. This all happened at 10:00 pm. I was very rattled as the buyer's agent wanted an answer by 11:00 pm. With trepidation I did as Lindsay advised me. The buyer wanted an early closing date and waved conditions. I had to sell my fridge and stove for well below true value. I also asked my agent in Barrie to push for an early closing. The sellers were very accommodating. Unfortunately, neither Gary or Lindsay included a " proof of financing" clause and on my closing date I had to pull over on highway 400 to be told by my lawyer that the buyer wanted a two week extension to secure funding. I and my agent in Barrie plus my lawyer were not able to reach Lindsay as, she did not answer her phone nor return messages left. I had to stay with my daughter until I could locate a small cottage to stay in. This of course, caused a total upset with the pod company and moving company, wifi and cable providers. Eleven days later the funding came through for the buyer. In the meantime. I and the people I was purchasing from plus our families were all in limbo as we had moved quickly to secure the early closing. Frankly, I would never recommend this company. My Barrie agent was more thorough and explicit with the offer she drew up. Oh, one more thing - Lindsay encouraged me to accept $5,000. as down payment rather than the normal $10,000; which is what I put down when I made my offer to purchase. Due to the lack of diligence from the assist to sell team. I went through a total nightmare. No apology was ever put forward but, they certainly were quick to pick up their money. I expected them to be looking out for me. Instead, my Barrie agent worked harder for me than I could ever imagine. No, I would never recommend this company.
