I hired Cal Warren a year and a half ago to manage my first rental property. One of the reasons I selected Cal was his honesty about the realities of owning rental property and having tenants. He described the various issues that can arise, how to prevent them, and what he does if they do occur. Now that he's managing my property, I am nothing but thrilled with the service he provides. His communication and responsiveness is excellent, he is very professional yet personable with tenants, and he's incredibly knowledgable. I recently spoke with my tenants, and they also had great things to say about Cal and their interactions with him. From the beginning, I've always felt that I'm in good hands with Cal, and I recommend him to anybody seeking an excellent property manager.

Cal and Jasmin managed my condo in Kelowna for about 18 months, and were very helpful. I am not located in Kelowna so needed a trust-worthy property manager. Very proactive in helping me screen tenants, and when I ended up selling the unit, Cal was VERY helpful in working with the realtor and tenants for showings, closing, etc. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a property manager in Kelowna!

This review is a shortened version of my bad experience with Remax Management Solutions. I ended up with terrible tenants who damaged my property and caused me monetary loss, among many other things. One property manager in particular was deceptive on a number of occasions and unprofessional. My tenants were filthy, disrespectful, continuously late and deficient in funds, and the company made many accounting errors.

I forwarded a complaint to the managing broker/owner (Shillington) who stated they decided not to address my concerns with the property manager Louise , so she could retire on a happy note. Essentially, they disregarded my concerns.

As an experienced landlord, I do not recommend this company. I had a lot of frustrations and lost a lot of money using their services.

On a positive note, during my search for a new manager, I spoke with a number of great potentials. There are some good ones out there.
