Recently requested a quote from Astro Appraisals. They responded quickly and scheduled the appraisal for the next day. The appraiser, Richard Janson, was very knowledgeable and professional. The site visit was quick and the appraisal report was received a couple days later. I was impressed with the quality of the report. I highly recommend Astro Appraisals if you are looking for an appraisal in the Cowichan Valley area.

I had contacted them for an appraisal of my house. I had received one email from them and after sending several emails to them, which I didnt get a response back, I emailed the office and they told me that the person that had originally responded to me first email was in holidays. I was not aware that he was going on holidays and I needed to get an appraisal done within a two week time. I spent the first week trying to get a hold of him and the last week that I am free, he is on holidays. The company didn't even say they would be able to send someone else to do it. Is Kevin the only appraisal personal there?
