We deal with a lot of property management companies to ensure their tenants meet the fire code requirements.
This property manager we spoke with will not make a phone call, provide us with the information to make the phone call, and is unwilling to assist with arranging fire safety requirements.
What are management fees paid for?! Tell me what their responsibilities are if not to ensure their tenants are code compliant.
Now the customer/tenant has to do all of the leg work themselves and forced to use a company not of their choosing, when we were more than willing to take care of it for them.

You really gotta watch these guys. They have zero moral compass. They will breach any part of the lease they don’t like and try to crank your rent to obscene levels and try to steal your equipment if you don’t give into their demands. Their promises and their signature are completely empty. Expect to have to get a court order for them to comply and expect to have to get police and security to keep them from interfering with your business.

Called to enquire about 2 properties. As soon as Ania answered the call she was far from inviting - no common courtesy. She said they've both been leased conditionally. She didn't know the dates, or conditions, on either property. She wasn't able to provide any further information. When I pressed her for basic information she said, "oh, we probably wouldn't want you as a tenant." So, in the end, I wasn't able to get any basic information out of her, she didn't know her dates for the conditions, or even what the conditions were, and she immediately got emotional in a business deal. I'm glad she told me she's a part owner of the building though. It really helped... with nothing. If your phone number is on the front of a building, as the first point of contact, you better have your information on hand and ready to provide. Disappointing experience. Hopefully I don't have to deal with Ania, again.
