Im very sad to have to post this but I highly recommend you do NOT rent from them...First Service Residential. I lived very quietly for almost 8 yrs in the Aura 2000 building and to my awful surprise...I was notified upon my lease renewal, that they were not renewing my lease! I immediately asked them what the reason was and the office on location informed me that they do not have that information! So no reason was given!! This building was home for me and i had formed many friendships in the building during my stay there. I had even bought Christmas gifts for the littles on my floor from me (secret Santa). I rarely called maintenance during my stay and did not even have people over. No.loud music or tv and was kind to all people in the building. There was even neighbors in tears when i left. I am senior so this was a complete nightmare for me! I am aware that i was not the only one in all 4 buildings, that got this notice! Be on guard! They are out for the money and dont care one bit about their tenants even if it means not having a home to go too! So sad! Lesson learned! 😪😡

Rachael is an absolute gem! She's so responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! She made the whole moving process feel easy and fun- and those are not usual words associated with moving. Also, the buildings are great, and well-maintained! 10/10 would move again (if Rachael is involved).

Dog poop literally covering the entire property. Landlord needs to take action by either changing pet policy or holding these lazy tennants accountable. You can't walk anywhere!!!!!!!

Upon moving in it seemed like everything was OK. But soon I Realized things were too good to be true. I was really happy to find a pet friendly place that was close to a grocery store a local bar and Other amenities. However, after about a month of living in this complex I started realizing that every single morning At 6 AM I was being woken up in a terrifying manner by extremely loud thunder. Upon looking outside I discovered that the garbage disposal company was dragging the dumpsters by chains from the Parkade up through the parking lot across the gravel to a place where the garbage trucks could pick it up. This persisted for about two years. I lost so much sleep living in this place that it began to affect my mental health, but apparently it was affecting everyone else’s mental health too.CONSTANT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, FIRE TRUCKS AND AMBULANCES. Dogs are constantly barking. People are constantly drinking and partying and playing loud music until all hours of the night. If you live on the ground floor, your neighbours will knock on your windows to disturb you purposefully at all hours of the night. The people are so aggressive, that you are terrified to report them for any type of behaviour. People are constantly outside, watching what you’re doing, Particularly men Who also want to come and talk to you and won’t leave you alone. I started getting so I had to walk my dogs Through certain areas to stay away from men that were harassing me. During the summer the apartments are unbelievably hot. If you open your window, the smell of dog poop and pee will fill your apartment abundantly. Sorry to anyone who has to live here. Its honestly an experience ill never forget.

Called and asked for a viewing, seemed proper at first. Then the lady asked "do you have any pets, dogs or cats" I said no but my friend has a snake he's had for 8 years....instantly says no to us as they don't do reptiles? Why put "pets negotiated" if you won't allow that but you have barking dogs and cats that scratch services, snakes stay in a tank...especially one of 8 years, grow up. Makes sense, these reviews speak for themselves. Find better living until proper management exists.

Management forced entry into my suite with their master key to change locks when I was showering, and nobody else was home. They do give notice, but they tell you it’ll be “between Monday and Wednesday”, and they’d be there between 9-5 those days so you don’t know when they will show up. Moved shortly after that incident.

Edit- Security doesn’t seem to be a big worry if vehicles get stolen from your parkade, with no response from management for days.
