C'est mon 2e condo avec le groupe Montclair et je suis très satisfaite. Le respect des échéanciers de livraison et le service après vente sont selon moi leurs plus grandes forces. J'adore mon condo et "Aura sur le square" est un endroit magnifique où vivre. De plus, les installations (piscine, gym, cours intérieur, tersasse) sont géniales !

UPDATE:
After Sales Service has improved and they have been quick responding to condo issues recently especially with my Central A/C and Heating Unit, they provided some tips to help resolve issue but after some time the central unit stopped working, but they sent someone to look at it promptly, hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Terrible after sales service, they lie about providing you things and when you show proof, they don't reply to your emails.

Instead of owning up to their mistakes, the remove your comment and block you from their page...very concerning business practice.

Montclair is amazing! I had been wanting to purchase a condo in Bois Franc for years, I was unsure which direction to go- new build or not. I had visited a few projects from Sotramont and was extremely disappointed with their initial customer service as it felt extremely transactional. Montclair however cared from the start, I never felt like I was dealing with a business, they truly felt like family; they went above and beyond when letting me choose my parking spot, with the selection of materials/colours for my condo, and by providing me with constant communication. I never waited more than a few hours before hearing back- every concern I had was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. To this day Montclair surpasses my expectations. I look forward to my next home purchase in Bois Franc and will undoubtedly choose a home built by Montclair.
