We are now living since one year in Aurora and could not be happier. The apartments are bright, spacious and the building is always kept clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful looked after garden in the front and a small nature walk in the back of the building. The Building staff is always friendly, helpful and warmhearted. We are so happy with our choice and would highly recommend the location.

Living at the Aurora has been one of the best apartments in the city I lived in. Beautiful finishes, high quality build. I was impressed with living there. The management and maintenance went above and beyond each and every time something was needed. With easy communication and prompt problem solving, the team at Aurora succeeded every level. Extremely well done. If I didn’t have to leave I wouldn’t of left, however I had to move out of town. Thank you for the wonderful service while I was there! Well done! 😀

The property management company advertises as dog friendly/pets allowed but won’t actually post that they have a huge list of banned dog breeds ranging from huskies to pit bulls to Dalmatians and even poodles. Don’t waste people’s time. Put it clearly in the property descriptions and ads.

I've lived in Aurora (4 Watkiss Way) for 2.5 years. There's is such a strong feeling of community here that it feels like home for me. We are surrounded by the beautiful blend of both forest and all the amenities in the Eagle Ridge Plaza one block down the hill. I'm thankful that the building manager (Vedran) has a very caring and responsive way about him and the competent maintenance man (Mason) available to handle any property or equipment concerns. I'm so thankful for landing here and being treated so kind from management and tenants. I feel blessed. 🥰

This place is wonderful to live.
Excellent neighbors, the manager chooses very well who will live there.
We have a Mall below us where we can find practically everything.

I am now into my second year Tenancy at Aurora in Watkiss Way. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have found Aurora in Watkiss Way, Victoria. The complex is not only very well managed by Boardwalk in general, but in particular by the Resident Manager and Maintenance person. Both the Resident Manager and Maintenance man are always readily available and cheefully and promptly attend to any issues that may arise. Now with Spring well under way, the gardens around the two buildings are looking very attractive, with a variety of blooms, grasses and vines.
Aurora is located adjacent to Eagle Creek Village, with Quality Foods, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Cobbs Bread and many more stores including a Pharmacy. Close to bus stops and with a direct bus to and from downtown Victoria.

Beautiful apartments at a great location, close to everything you need, shopping mall and bus stops just next to the building. All while being surrounded by Vancouver Island's beautiful nature. Very quite and really helpful management.
