Locals are warm and welcoming. Any chance to hang out with Pat and Oliver is a treat! Plus, there's an amazing seafood restaurant right next door called Coastal Tides.

I'd highly recommend staying here to anyone living in or visiting the east coast.

A jewel of a place in the very scenic town of St Martins. The house was very clean and ready for us. The view of Fundy from the living room and deck was a perfect way to start and end the day. Pat and Elizabeth were very accommodating and gracious hosts. I also recommend the guided tour in the coolest car in town! Pat has great knowledge of the area and showed us some great spots that we may never have discovered on our own. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Great way to get shuttled to the start of the Fundy footpath! Pat was so friendly and accommodating of our gear and timetable. He shared a lot of the history and sights of the St. Martin's area as we drove along - very interesting. The price was cheaper than the other options, and the 1935 Pontiac is rad. Couldn't have found a better way to start the trip!

We had a great time being shuttled in the 1935 Pontiac from Point Wolfe to Big Salmon interpretive centre to hike the fundy footpath. Pat was easy to get in touch with, and on time for the trip (and understanding of us being a bit late after driving from Halifax). The drive over was a blast, we learned lots of local history, and stopped to see the caves in St Martins as a bonus. Such a memorable way to start the hike! Perfect for a small groups of hikers who can’t do the car drop!

Fantastic accomodation in St. Martins NB! Lovely ocean breezes and fantastic views of the Bay of Fundy from the deck! With a fully equipped kitchen and barbeque and super comfortable beds, this was the perfect home base for our family of four to explore the area! Pat, Liz and Oliver are fantastic hosts and are available for any recommendations of what to see and do in St. Martins and the surrounding area! Fundy trail, scenic caves, covered bridges and lighthouses are just a few things to see, not to mention the view of the amazing fundy tides and the beach which is just at the end of the road! Kids and adults had a blast! 5 stars!

Loved it! Great accommodations for our family of four. We stayed a week and there was tonnes to do - could have stayed at least an extra week easily and still had too much to experience. The Fundy Trail and the Caves within minutes, and whale watching a short drive away in St. Andrews. Pat also took us to beautiful locations that were known to the locals, but not out-of-towners. Excellent hosts and clean facilities - within metres of the Bay of Fundy!

I caught my first ever striped bass three feet from the shore. Used a big spoon. Also caught my first Brook Trout (decent size with a Mepps-style spinner) in a local river. Other species caught as well from the bay - I think White Hake? and for sure a handful of mackerel (all on spoons of various sizes). I also explored a local creek (by the marsh) and was able to walk up and down it while fishing small creek fish. Not only was this a great family adventure, but it was an angler's dream! If you want the best fishing in the bay, talk to Pat and make sure you time your vacation to align with the peak times to fish the biggest tides in the world (i.e. you are going to want high tides close to the beginning and/or end of the day). Remember that the bay is salt water, so remember to rinse your gear after use. No fishing license required when fishing tidal flats in New Brunswick - be sure to follow local fishing regulations for inland fishing ops.

One of the best family trips ever and we're already planning a return visit!

I've been having a great time! Pat and Liz are fantastic. They're super friendly and helpful. Lots of suggestions for things to do around the village. Their shop is cute and full of one of a kind east coast nic nac's. Pat can take you for a tour of the village in his classic Pontiac, or down the beautiful Fundy trail.
The air BNB accommodations are fantastic. My favorite part is waking up and looking at the bay. Then eating breakfast and looking at the bay. Then going for a walk and looking at the bay LoL it's so beautiful and so different from where I live in Ontario.
Ask Pat to guide you to Browns Beach. It's a local hidden gem, where you walk down a hidden path, to a homemade (well made) bridge and stairs that lead to an amazing beach, that you would otherwise never find. I saw a bald eagle when I went!
It's also worth mentioning that, all the places on the bay are different at high and low tide. It's worth checking these places out at birth times. At low tide in the mornings, you'll see lots of great harons, and if you walk around on the shore at low tide you can find small crabs walking around.
It's a seriously spectacular place.

Amazingly warm inviting staff. Beautiful accommodations not to mention very affordable, breath taking views at sunrise and sunsets. They have there own taxi service and tour guide, who is very knowledgeable and brings you to the most amazing sites. 5 min drive to the caves and a 5 min walk to the beach. I highly recommend Authentic Bay Of Fundy for your stay in Saint Martin's
