As an international student moving to Regina with my pet, finding a pet-friendly suite was quite challenging. Thankfully, I found Avana! The suite is in the East, close to Costco and other amenities, in a safe and clean neighborhood. The suite itself is very new, and the rental experience has been excellent. The realtor specialist was very supportive, and the property manager, Hussein Davis, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. I truly appreciate the prompt assistance and great service.

I am very pleased with my rental suite from Avana. It is clean and includes all the essential amenities. Additionally, it is pet-friendly, which is perfect for my small dogs. Finding a rental that accommodates pets can often be challenging and exhausting, so I appreciate that Avana has made this a priority.
