House build by a subsidiary of Avedo homes. A fight to even get a response from them. Unless lawyer sent the request no action. Refusing to repair driveway that was identified on possession day as shaling. They are blaming winter for bad concrete. Avoid them at all costs

We had Avedo do our asphalt and it has not help up. We followed all instructions and are getting large indents in our driveway from vehicals and chairs. Very large cracks and a hole (which they filled properly) See photos attached. I have called over 4 times and received a call back a few days later after each time with a response like "we are looking into this" or "the material we got seemed weird that year" my kids keep tripping on these holes and nothing is getting done.

Avedo did the Concrete Work for my Shop and I am very satisfied with the Quality and finish product.
They did it on time, as promised and were very well organized. Would definitely take them again in the future...
