I am the office manager for One North Business Centre and Avenue Commercial is our property manager and i am always amazed whenever we require service of the building, how quickly they respond (either via phone, email or in person). My contact for several years has been Darcy R. (building operator) ....fantastic!. There is another gentleman that works along side him as well...also great! i always say if Darcy leaves Avenue, I'm gone from here!!!!!

My transition into the property was a little un organized, but after the new management team took over, i have had better communication with them. Getting all my questions/conerns answered, and any requests completed. So far they have been great to deal with. Eliza has been amazing and very helpful!

Run fast & far from these clowns, still waiting for 2 year old financials, never replies to emails, legal notices, and just doesn’t seem to care. Disbursements are years behind but Stevie sure collects his share. Not worth the effort.
