Paul and Sue are an amazing team. Right now with all the hype on the housing market everyone is fighting to he the big shot but in my eyes this team beats anyone out there. Because it a buyers market they sold our home that everyone else walked away from. We heard comments like “it’s not worth it” “just rent it and forget about it”. But then Sue and Paul came in and said “tell us what you want and we will work out hardest to achieve it”. They went on and beyond. We lived far away from that home so Paul went himself to mow the lawn to keep the property presentable.
Even though it’s been 4 Years thank you guys for doing the impossible

As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for better real estate agents than Paul (and sue). They were both extremely knowledgable and were quick and patient to answer any questions we had. When we visited properties Paul was sure to Inform us about trees that would have to be removed, load bearing walls, plumes and so much more. They would often find places for us that had not even hit the market yet. When we found a house ( in the crazy 2021 market) they were able to negotiate the price for under asking and with conditions. During the closing process they went the extra mile for us when we were out of town and did some last minute running around and tasks to ensure that conditions were met before closing. We highly recommend both Paul and Sue!

Sue and Paul go the extra mile...giving great suggestions and doing alot of extra leg work themselves.
I live 2 hours away while my house was on the market. Paul and Sue went as far as cutting my grass so the house would show better....what real estate agent does that?!
