When showing our home to her clients, Rajni allowed them to stay well over the time frame of 30mins for a total of an hour and 10 mins. We are a young family with a newborn and toddler and were required to be our of home during this time. We weren't able to return until 940pm.
Additionally, she allowed her clients to disrespect our home by lifting wood paneling that was left popped out and various appliances tampered with.
We are fortunate that our real estate agent was receptive to our concerns when we brought them forward.

Rajni was very rude when I tried calling her and she never called me back as she said on the phone. She did not give me any response for almost 2 weeks on my rental application and then told me she will not be looking at my applications anymore because I called her at late hours. I called her on a weekday at 6:30PM. Finding a place to rent is already stressful enough without having to deal with unreasonable and rude people.

Katherine planned to show me a house I was interested in purchasing. I showed up at our scheduled time and she no showed, as well as no call back or answer to the voicemail I left.

A nice piece of property but the area where the cottage was located is to close to the highway. There are 47 acres of land which would be better suited for country home away from the highway noise.

Rajni Agrawal and her team lacks "listening skills". She was very rude on call and yelled at me just because I called her on Sunday afternoon that too her receptionist/agent gives me the number to speak with her and mentions to call her without hesitation. Rajni states I lack professionalism where her website have no working hours mentioned and her agent gives false timings to me to speak with her and she yells at me instead or because I was talking about the job posting in which I was interested. Thank god she revealed how poor she behaves with people who are not her "clients". RACIST BEHAVIOUR.
