From the time alora and I spoke to the Avon Lee team about wanting to build a home to getting the keys on possession date, it was an absolutely fantastic process. They nailed it! John Daminato, our salesman, had our back and was with us every step of the way. The communication between us, John, and the Avon Lee team was great.With weekly updates on the build , addressing all of our concerns, and answering every little question that we had. The quality of the build was 5/5 and everything we wanted touched up and changed was addressed immediately. Solid customer service. The houses they build are gorgeous but that is about all you get. Everything from customer service to having things done in a timely manner is not there. They will tell you things will get done but a year later that changes and you get screwed, we had so many issues that I will not purchase with avonlea again.

Overall, Avonlea Homes went beyond my expectations for service and quality. The employees were very helpful, responsive and took my concerns seriously. I was a first time home builder and knew nothing about the building process which made it really daunting, but the salesman and designer were very helpful and patient with me which I really appreciated. If I were to do it again I would definitely build with Avonlea!

If you are a new home buyer, Do not choose this guys. It's been just a one and half year purchasing my house from them and my drive way got lots of chips came off and looks really ugly. There was few more things which they took forever to fix it. No help provided by them. Be careful before purchasing house from them.
