I had an extremely disappointing experience renting from Azena Property in Moncton. The property was in poor hygiene, and despite multiple emails and attempts to contact management, they completely ignored my complaints. The lack of respect and communication from their team is unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect clean and safe living conditions, but Azena Property clearly does not prioritize tenant welfare. I strongly advise others to think twice before renting from them, as they seem to care little about their tenants' well-being or maintaining a proper living environment.

I have been struggling with property managers in Moncton, and have been told by other investors that there were no good options.
After contacting 8 different Property Managers in Moncton I decided on Azena.
It's been a couple months since I started working with Azena to manage my property and my experience so far has been great!
They have been very responsive and have excellent communication!! They are always willing to discuss and/or explain any of my questions.
They have very good systems and screening processes.
Their assistance and management of my property has been very attentive and good recommendations and pictures provided.
As they are also landlords for their own properties the understand my perspective.
Kamil at Azena has found 1 tenant for me so far and I look forward to working with them going forward.

UPDATE: Its been over a year and there have been some issues with the service received. The level of service received before has changed. Changes in their processes and procedures have not been communicated. Communication about tenants leaving was not done until I realized that I didn't get their rent.
Accounting is having it's issues too.
Many people have been hired to do the work but no communication about this has been made to me - I find out about someone new handling this when the issue comes up.
