We had such a great experience with Balraj when selling our home and buying a our new home.

This was our second time using his services after a recommendation and we always will! Balraj was able to get us full price for our home which we were not expecting in the current state of the market, we were thrilled. He handled the staging of our house and it sold in about 3 weeks.

Once we fell in love with our new home, he took the reigns and through his discussions with the sellers realtor, we got a great deal with none of the back and forth we wanted to avoid.
