Gregg was my realtor and I am so lucky and grateful that he was.

I was highly recommend to use him from my sister and parents who also worked with him when they were looking for their homes (which he also found them.)

He is very experienced and knowledgeable about all areas of real estate, developments in the community, the market, as well as pretty much all things Saskatoon because he is born and raised here!

He is friendly, genuine and very helpful discussing properties, areas and what to expect which was helpful to me as I moved to Saskatoon from BC and knew nothing!

He isn't in a rush to pressure you to buy anything unless you know that it is the right property for you. He often made honest comments/critiques about the properties he showed me, and mentioned things to consider which I likely would have not known. This honesty gave me a great level of confidence and trust in knowing I was in good hands.

Gregg often says buying a home in a journey, luckily for me the third property he showed me was exactly what I was looking for so we went right from the property to his office building to write the offer. I appreciated that the offer process was in person rather than virtual as buying a property is such a big decision. I ended up finding out that my offer was accepted the same day he sent it off! Given how hot and competitive the market is in Saskatoon right now, I felt super lucky and fortunate that Gregg made sure to do everything he could to get my offer sent off and accepted quickly.

Another great quality is Gregg is extremely responsive. If I had a question about a property or if I asked to view of property, he responded back to me with the answer to my question, or a time to view the property very efficiently. I don't know how he can juggle that level of service with all of the other clients he serves too but that's why he is the best!

If you are looking for a realtor try Gregg. He is trustworthy, honest and you will be in good hands with him in your corner.

Ryan Bamford and my business worked together for several years. I fit him in for many last minute inspections in order to close his sales on time. It’s just what you do for your customers. He ended up repaying me by hiring my company to do some work on a house he was flipping and in the end I was not paid for $1300 of work. When I came looking for payment he told me the owner lived in Panama and there was nothing he or I could do to get payment. Quite the story from someone we had worked with for years and called me himself to hire my company for the work.
