My husband & I have been shopping seniors discount days many times as we did today Feb 5 2025 the seniors discounts are offered the first Wed of every month we do like our seniors discount when we receive them but they are only on regular priced items we have never found the staff to be friendly or helpful but it’s a handy store if you are looking for a lower priced option TH

Store is okay, pretty small for a department store and the selection is lacking in many ways. Clothing and footwear is of cheap off-brands but just fine for small-town shopping. Staff is usually okay, but the atmousphere is negative and not overly inviting.

I would of given it a 5 star but it's a 4.5 for me only beacuse I was in a while ago looking for a certain item of clothing in the store and I was directed to go there by some townsfolk here in town, I go up the one of the workers there and asked if they carried the item and she said in a standoff way if tone that whatever is out on the floor is what they have, I asked if she can come help me and I got the same response and was ignored, sadly couldn't find the item but I've been coming here for years now and even when it was once called the bargain shop at the time, love some of there clothing choices they have out but customer er service aspects need to be improved sadly, otherwise it's a very nice store

As a regular customer here, I'm absolutely disgusted with the cashier here. She's consistently rude, entitled, and ignorant. Normally, I would never give a place 1 stars for 1 single worker - but that woman has a way of making every single interaction with her unpleasant to say the least.

Not much food product left on the shelves Jan 15/22. The brown sugar had 3 or 4 pkgs left, and was powder dry. The ahelves looked very neglected, quite a change from a few months ago. I have always enjoyed shopping here prior to this.

Would rather give zero stars. Whenever I walk in here I am treated like a shoplifter. The last time...and the very last ever I will be seen in this place..I was asked if my purse was a backpack because they want backpacks left upfront. When I refused I was followed and watched. On top of this.. the staff are extremely unwelcoming. I was made to feel so unwelcome that I will be reporting to the BBB and letting everybody know not to go here. Do not support this place.
