Awesome event with Fire Truck on Saturday. Best turnout we've ever seen. Met people we hadn't met in the 2 years we've been here. Very well organized. Nadia and Chalena are doing a great job for this community. Cathy & Julie.

Good afternoon Skyline. My husband and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with both of our managers here. We have found that since they both have been working here our buildings are much cleaner and the outside landscape is very pleasant to look at. Both Nadia and Chalena are hard working women who treat everyone with respect and politeness, and always willing to help residents whenever possible. Skyline your have 2 very good employees here and should be recognized for all their hard work.

Rules for some..other rules for others. Harassed to death over unnecessary things. They do not ho nor your leases contents. The harassment is unrelenting. I would advise everyone not to rent at Barker Street. I have never encountered this disrespect anywhere else.

Buildings are way over priced for a small retirement community,and the unemployment for Brantford is 4.6% as of May 2022.$1600.+ parking and hydro for a 1 bdrm,$1700.+ for a 2. Less than 20 yrs ago a 2 bdrm here was $750 all inclusive.Water pressure gets weaker every year,water shut offs,and fire alarm testing are a monthly plague in these buildings.And see those nice black railing balconies...their being replaced by Skylines fetish for those ugly glass balconies they seem to slap on every building they get.
